We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any carrier delays.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We have a fixed shipping cost of $7. With free shipping for all orders greater than $99.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Simply click the link, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey right to your door.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally soon. Stay tuned!

7. My order is delayed. What should I do?

We’re sorry for any delay! Carriers can sometimes experience unexpected delays. If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at our Contact Us Page.

8. What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make sure to get things sorted out for you as quickly as possible.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at our Contact Us Page as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
